Welcome to my Football Manager Blog, the main purpose of this blog is to provide updates on the status of my Football Manager Skins & Guides Website

If you have any questions or queries then I can generally be found in the Skinning Forum at the Official Sports Interactive Forums, though I'd ask you to open a new thread rather than sending me a message.

To help with navigation I have included indexes of my content for the last few versions of Football Manager in the tabs below.

Football Manager 2018 Steam Workshop - Match Day Skins

With the Steam Workshop actually working for Football Manager 2018 I have uploaded a couple of skins that incorporate my various Match Day Mods to the Steam Workshop which should make it easier for people who have struggled to manually add the Mods.

There is one skin for each of the default FM18 skins and outside of the Match Day Mods the skins are identical in appearance to the default skins.

Also due to the limitations of the Steam Workshop you won't be able to customize the mods or pick and choose which ones you want, if you want to do this you are best just downloading and applying the individual mods.

Skins include the following mods:

Match Day Backgrounds - This disables the showing of the 3D pitch on the non-pitch match day screens, so if you have Stadium Backgrounds will now appear during the match. (Note it's not possible to get them to show on the IBH panel).

Match In Between Highlights Panel - Modified to allow you to change what information is shown in each panel, select the drop down menus in the top right hand corner of each panel to change what is shown, you can also change the width of each panel in game by dragging the slider in-between each panel and if you want to remove one of the panels just drag the slider all the way to the edge of the screen. Also on the formation and shots panels you can right click on the pitches to switch between a vertical or horizontal pitch.

Half-Time Review Panel - Modified to add some extra panels with the ability to change what is shown by selecting the drop down menus. Have also added a background box to the Competition logo which will recolor with the competition.

Full-Time Review Panel - Modified to add some extra panels with the ability to change what is shown by selecting the drop down menus.  Have also added a background box to the Competition logo which will recolor with the competition.

Post Match Review Panel - Modified to act more like my IBH panel, again you can change what is shown by selecting the drop down menus, you can also adjust the width of the panels and unlike with the other panels you can also adjust the height of the right side split panel.

Competition Review Panel - Modified to include the goalscorer details, I have also changed it to a split panel so you can adjust the width of the League Table panel which allows it to support lower resolutions.

Manager Picture Mod - This allows you to add a Picture to your Manager however it is limited as you can only add a picture when creating your manager profile upon adding a new manager. You cannot add a image to an existing manager nor can you change the image once added.

Football Manager 2018 Skinning Guide Part 3 - Changing the Font Settings

Welcome to the third part of my updated Skinning Guide for FM2018.

Before reading this guide make sure you have read the previous parts of the guide as this part will be following on from them.

The previous guide talked you through creating a new skin, albeit one that is identical in appearance to the default skin, this part will explain how to edit the font and text settings.
